The Mentorship Program

This program is a process of rewiring your nervous system from a state of chronic stress, anxiety, and overwhelm to one of balance and calm so that you can meet life with trust, clarity, passion, and joy.

We often think that our emotional and mental health must suffer at the expense of our careers and ambitions. But we can actually have both: we can be regulated and grounded within ourselves and be successful in our work and our careers. In fact, when we suffer from chronic stress and anxiety, we likely burn out and are no longer able to be successful in our work, enjoy our lives, or feel safe within ourselves. By holistically nourishing ourselves, we develop a strong capacity to respond to stress and return to a state of regulation and balance. With a mind free of anxiety and stress, we can:

  • Pursue our careers feeling grounded and calm

  • Make important decisions from our intuition and not from fear and scarcity

  • Enjoy our successes and day-to-day life

  • Build self-confidence and self-trust through stressful challenges

Through daily use of nourishing herbs, somatic practices, and wellness tools, we become empowered to meet the challenges and difficulties in our lives with greater resiliency, clarity, and self-trust.

The Process

Phase 1: Nourish & Restore

The first, and perhaps the most important, step to bringing balance to the nervous system is by flooding the body with nourishment. The body can only produce the growth hormone, which is key for our aging and longevity, immune system, muscle and bone health, and nervous system resiliency, if it relaxes into a deep state of consciousness.

We incorporate nourishing herbs, nervine tonics, meditations, and breathing practices that bring the nervous system back to a state of equilibrium, heal chronic stress, and anxiety and support mental clarity and calmness.

Phase 2: Creating Balance

Each person has their own unique vision of what balance, clarity, and regulation looks like in their life. After moving through the process of bringing balance into your body and nervous system, we work together to see what this means practically for you.

Are there additional changes that will support you to being successful in sustaining your new wellness practice? What are the greatest challenges to implementing your new program? How can we work together to ensure you continue to feel regulated and nourished and not revert to anxious patterns?

Phase 3: Integration

We work together to ensure sustainability and your long-term success of staying balanced, calm, and regulated. We apply tools that help you to become clear in your intuition so that you can make choices and decisions from a clear place of what ultimately serves you.

We design a wellness practice that is accessible for your life and supports your ultimate goals and ideal vision. We identify how you can deepen your resiliency to challenges, create more time for what truly brings you joy, and live in an authentic and aligned way.

You will receive:

  • 1:1 60 minute sessions weekly to support you in your transformation journey.

  • A set of somatic meditation and breathing techniques for grounding and emotional processing.

  • A customized herbalism protocol designed uniquely for you based on your mental, emotional, and nervous system needs.

    Herbal bath recipes and grounding rituals to cleanse, nourish, and feed your holistic well-being.

  • Integration support to ensure that you are able to embody the practices and tools into your daily life in a way that is accessible for you.
